Domain Fronting Configuration

Some CDNs support domain fronting, which allows connections to your site through a third-party domain. For example, by setting the connection address to visa.com and the Host header to my-domain.com, the provider will only see a request to visa.com.

You can configure this in the subscription settings. There are two options:

  • Resolve address — used for SNI.
  • Replace host — used to replace the actual Host header.

You can leave either of these fields empty; in that case, the name in the URL will be used.

The feature will be included in version 2.3.52.
